Hailey Joy is a graduate of the University of Windsor’s BFA Acting Program (’15). She has directed a number of musical productions through Lakeshore Academy of Fine Arts and is pleased to be recognized as an Acting Coach for the ELITE Training Program 2017-18. Previous experience includes working in the education department at the Stratford Festival Theatre.

Hailey Joy has various commercial & TV credits to her name, but has actively been working as a non-union talent agent in the Windsor & Toronto scene since her debut in 2015. Since then, she has booked her clients over 180+ projects in film, tv, commercial, print & theatre.  Recent client bookings include: “SEE NO EVIL”, “WEB OF LIES”, “DESIGNATED SURVIVOR”, and much more! Hailey can often be found participating in local theatre & film projects, or traveling throughout the province to enjoy some great, Canadian theatre!

Sarah Ilijanich has over 20 years experience in the industry.   She started LAFA - Lakeshore Academy of Fine Arts in 2008 and it has grown exponentially since its inception. She founded FTA-Fusion Talent Agency in April 2012 and has seen great expansion, marketing a full roster in two locations booking jobs on major networks in he Toronto & LA markets. A few of the biggest network bookings expand that of Shameless, Bloodline, Disney XD's Gaming Show, CW's Beauty & the Beast, CBC's Schitt's Creek, MTV's Catfish, several shows airing on Discovery ID.  FTA has placed models in several campaigns such as CINEPLEX, TD, SEARS, TARGET, BANANA REPUBLIC as well as ​feature films such BEST MAN HOLIDAY, MALL COP and Stephen King's IT.  

One being in the Toronto area and the other in Los Angeles.   In 2012 she was nominated by the Windsor/Essex County Chamber of Commerce as Entrepreneur of the Year. Sarah and her businesses have proved to be the leader in theatrical training and performing among children ages 5-17 in Windsor/Essex County. Her volunteer work within the community have been recognized by the federal and provincial government with awards, she founded the 'Discover the Arts' program and has been involved in casting several project, such as Universal Studio's SCAREHOUSE, Tom Cavanagh's THE BIRD MAN and several other Indie Films.

Marla has extensive industry experience extending over 30 years.  She is coming out of retirement after 3 years, she is back to take FTA to the next level!  Being brought up in the entertainment world with a well know family members, her mother a casting director Gloria Mann, her father Earl Mann is an NFL announcer and her brother Steven Mann a casting director, gives her a unique perspective on the industry. 

She opened her first agency at the tender age of 20. She has always loved building careers and pushing the boundaries of the business with her actors. After much thought, she felt that Fusion was the perfect fit for her and her vision for her actors.  Now that her sons Joshie and Jesse are older and in school full time she can dedicate herself once again to building a select roster. Her moral integrity is what has kept her close with most of her actors till this day.
