Fusion Talent Agency & Management, also known as FTA, is a boutique talent agency based in Windsor, ON.
Fusion Talent Agency represents a diverse roster of skilled actors & artists across Canada. While the majority of our Film, TV, Commercial, and Print bookings are shot in Toronto, Ontario we receive access to a number of national & international auditions.
We primarily represent emerging non-union talent, though we manage a select number of ACTRA Apprentices, ACTRA Members, and CAEA Members. All talent on our roster are selected by hand for representation and submitted for a variety of auditions based on their individual skills, strengths, and interests. We pride ourselves on representing a diverse roster that showcase the best of what our province can offer.
Hailey Joy graduated from the University of Windsor’s BFA Acting program in 2015. She has been working as Talent Agent for 9+ years in Southwestern Ontario and happily took ownership of Fusion Talent Agency in 2021. Hailey is a reality TV show lover, avid podcast listener, and part-time hobby beekeeper.
Chelsea Humphreys graduated from St. Clair Colleges’ Public Relations program (2019) and Web & Interactive Advertising (2020) and Human Resources Management (2021) certificate programs. She started at Fusion Talent Agency in 2023 as a Talent Associate, learning about the industry and happily accepted the Talent Agent position in 2024. Chelsea loves social media, going to the movies (cineplex hot dogs are the best hot dogs) and doing creative projects.
