FAQs
rHOW DO I APPLY FOR YOUR AGENCY?
In order to be considered for representation, you must submit your materials via email. We are a boutique agency, so we do not accept every artist who applies to join our roster. We are not able to meet with everyone who applies for our agency, so please make sure your email gives us all the required information in order for us to make our decision (see SUBMISSIONS page for more details) . Any artists under the age of 18 need to apply through a parent or guardian.

Unsolicited email submissions through our web form or via email when submissions are CLOSED will not be answered. Please check our SUBMISSIONS page for updates on when we are open or closed for new submission. Thank you!
ARE THERE FEES TO SIGN UP FOR THE AGENCY?
NO! A reputable agency will never charge you sign-up fees to order join their roster. You may be asked to invest in professional headshots, take training workshops or classes to improve your acting skills, or be asked sign up for casting platforms that have fees associated with expanding your profiles. However, we NEVER make kickbacks or residual payments from you signing up for these services. We are strictly commission based - so we only ever get paid when YOU book a job in partnership with our agency!
DO YOU REPRESENT NON-UNION & UNEXPERIENCED TALENT?
We represent Union and Non-Union actors! If you do not have any film training or experience, we may consider representing you - however, we will likely recommend some classes or training programs in order to help you prepare for work in this industry if you don't have much experience.
DO YOU REPRESENT CHILDREN/BABIES?
Yes! Most of the work we book for children under the age of 5 are print or commercial projects, but our submission are always tailored to each individual artist - even as children! HOW TO AVOID AN ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY SCAM
Fusion Talent Agency and Management represents actors that have been personally selected to audition/work on projects that we have individually procured through our verified casting platforms (ie: Breakdown Services, Casting Workbook, Casting Networks, etc). We will never work for, or collaborate with, other companies to “source talent” for actors/models outside of our agency that we do not know personally or cannot vouch for! If you see our business name attached to a project that does not have our proper emails/contact info attached then you may be the victim of a scam!

FUSION TALENT BUSINESS EMAILS:
Hailey Joy - haileyfusiontalent@gmail.com
Chelsea Humphreys - chelseafusiontalent@gmail.com
There are no other employees or email addresses associated with our business. If you are receiving an email from a “hotmail” account, or any other email addresses with Fusion Talent’s name attached, a scammer could be baiting you into a fraudulent business transaction. Be cautious and know that we will only every contact you directly if you are REPRESENTED by our agency, or are working with a company that we have been contracted to work with through our legitimate casting connections/platforms.
SIGNS OF AN ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY SCAM MAY INCLUDE:
-
Large monetary offers (including payments of Visa cards or e-transfers) that are often offered in advance of the work being completed. Pre-payments are a HUGE sign of a scam.
-
Payments that ask you to forward partial payment of your advanced funds to other actors, models or production/wardrobe team members - this is very common in phishing scams!
-
No traceable evidence of past work from that production/directing/casting team (ie: no social media, no LinkedIn, or no IMDB references). Do they have a website? Is their address listed on their website that link up to a REAL office (sometimes they will use fake addresses here - so double check this on Google!) Are the email addresses legitimate? Do your homework and always double check this!
-
A sense of urgency! Are they looking to hire you and get your personal information within a short time frame? Scammers might try to make you feel rushed in to a decision so that you feel as though you are risking the opportunity to be involved if you don’t respond quickly. Don’t be afraid to ask questions and trust your gut! If the offer or opportunity feels too good to be true - it probably is!
